Salmon Brook Rehab and Nursing is a respected short- and long-term care facility located in Glastonbury, CT. We are currently looking for  dedicated and experienced Full-Time Dietary Cooks  to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and cook meals in accordance with planned menus and dietary requirements.

Ensure meals are served on time and at the appropriate temperature.

Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure high-quality food service for our residents.

Qualifications :

ServSafe certification  is required.

Prior  cook experience  is required.

Experience in  long-term care or healthcare settings  is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for food service.
