Part-Time Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for answering phones, performing customer service, and handling other clerical duties as assigned. This role involves maintaining the Front Desk Reception area, greeting customers, directing them to service areas or amenities, and coordinating with salespersons. Additionally, the Receptionist is responsible for ordering supplies when authorized and assisting in the smooth functioning of the dealership. A cheerful and professional demeanor toward customers and employees is essential.

Work Environment :
The position is based in NE Salem, within a dealership offering Toyota, Subaru, Chevrolet, and Nissan vehicles. The role requires working Monday to Friday from 2 : 50 PM to 8 : 00 PM, Saturday from 7 : 50 AM to 2 : 00 PM or 1 : 50 PM to 8 : 00 PM, and two Sundays a month from 10 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM or 2 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 PM. Initial training includes five days from 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM with Chauni and three days closing with another team member.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $16.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
