Join our Hardware Manufacturing Engineering Team in Chaska, MN to keep critical diagnostic hardware running with rigor and reliability. This is an on-site role reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager .

Impact You’ll Make

• Validate equipment readiness : Plan, execute, and document IQ / OQ / PQ protocols for manufacturing and lab assets.
• Master the records : Administer and maintain design and device documentation— DHF and DMR —with impeccable accuracy.
• Troubleshoot with intent : Apply advanced analytical approaches to diagnose and resolve electromechanical issues and escalate when needed.
• Enable product transfers : Help enroll, qualify, and maintain complex production equipment as products move into manufacturing.
