Job Description

One of our clients in Southern New Jersey is currently seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist with POS experience to join its team! This position will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and configuration of desktops and point of sales systems. The successful candidates will work with staff and vendors to identify issues and will be responsible for upgrades and implementations. Only apply for this position if you live in the Mt. Responsibilities :

• Meet with stakeholders to identify business requirements and strategies around new feature requests and enhancements.
• Apply information technology best practices to determine hardware, software, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to provide technical (hardware / software) solutions.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy computers and peripherals for staff.
• Provide high-level customer service while supporting staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory.
