This essential role offers a competitive salary starting at $70,000 and up (depending on experience) , accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and future. You'll work in our vibrant North Salt Lake City office, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, enjoying an in-office collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in proposal development, business development, or marketing (preferably in the construction or engineering industry).

Ability to read, interpret, and respond to complex RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate input from cross-functional teams, and ensure timely proposal submission.

Strong communication skills, creativity, collaboration, and a team-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to produce polished, client-focused proposals and marketing materials.
