Enrichment Partner (Caregiver, Adult Day Program)

Location : Benevilla Adult Day Enrichment Programs- Surprise, AZ

Pay Rate : $15.00 / hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt

Schedule : Programs are open Monday through Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Various shifts available : 10am-4pm (Sun City, AZ), On-Call with scheduled 1 day per week and On-Call as needed (no set schedule)

About the Role : Join our compassionate team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults in our day program. You’ll support members through personalized activities, assist with meals, and help with personal care- creating a welcoming, enriching environment.

What We’re Looking For :

• Reliable transportation or plans to relocate to Peoria / Sun City / Surprise area (relocation assistance not provided).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience supporting adults in day programs, group homes, or caregiving environments, especially with individuals experiencing dementia.
• Ability or willingness to obtain certifications including Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB / Chest X-Ray, Article 9, and Food Handler’s (we provide support for certification costs).
