A company is looking for a Referral Nurse Navigator (RNN) to serve as the primary liaison between clients and specialists, managing referrals and consultations.Key ResponsibilitiesSubmit and manage eConsults on behalf of primary care providersRoute referrals and communicate responses from specialists to primary care providersMonitor overdue eConsults and assist in clinic workflow improvementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredCurrent, unrestricted LPN, LVN, or RN license required2+ years' experience in the nursing fieldFamiliarity with eConsults and referral managementProficient with major EHR platforms and Microsoft / Google Suite
