Compensation : OTE $150-$200+

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership : Build and lead the Dental sales team in prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new dental clients for our digital marketing and website design services.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the dental market, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives.
• Team Building and Management : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on the dental vertical, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive success.
• Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the dental industry to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our digital marketing and Canvas Platform product offerings tailored to the dental sector, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth within the dental market.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
• Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
• Budget Management : Manage sales budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to support sales initiatives and maximize ROI.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
