Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate incident management activities for major incidents, ensuring rapid resolution
Establish communication channels and lead the Major Incident Team during incidents
Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure Root Cause Analysis documentation is completed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Major Incident Manager or similar role in a large enterprise
In-depth knowledge of IT service management and incident management processes
Exceptional leadership and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-severity incidents effectively
Familiarity with Ecommerce and POS platforms
