Communication Specialist

Platte Valley Companies - Scottsbluff Operations Center

JOB SUMMARY :

Provide customer service via chat feature and telephone.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Respond to online banking chat feature on a daily basis.
• Field telephone customer inquiries on a regular basis.
• Assist associates and customers in resolving issues through the ticketing system.
• Print, process, and mail statements and notices on a rotational basis.
• Provide backup to other areas of the department, as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications :

Physical Requirements :

Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
