Position Overview
This position is a business development and account management role where you will have the opportunity to acquire, develop and lead accounts from a wide variety of verticals. You will be selling some of the most exciting and impactful creative ideas across many different mediums and disciplines — from live events and experiences, video and digital media, engaging internal communications and culture-building campaigns. You’ll build incredible relationships not only with your clients, but with your best-in-class colleagues at Kindle as well.
Role Responsibilities
- Acquire and develop accounts not currently part of Kindle’s clientele
- Develop and maintain client relationships providing outstanding client service
- Develop and deepen understanding of clients’ business, organization, industry-related topics and their business and project objectives
- Oversight of projects and work closely with the project team to ensure all client objectives are being met
- Provide leadership on project teams, particularly during the selling process
- Present concepts, ideas and completed projects to internal teams and clients in an engaging manner
- Be a team player who possess the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with strategists, creative directors, producers, designers and other internal team members to generate solutions and recommendations for ongoing client projects and new business opportunities
- Lead conversations with clients to understand their communication needs and articulate those needs effectively to the extended team
- Develop strong relationships with team members and remain calm under pressure
Compensation
Ranging from $150,000+ depending on individual experience and unlimited commissionRequirements
Preferred Qualifications
