Client Office of Grants and Education Lead

This is a full-time position

The Office of Grants and Education (OGE) is seeking a Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of the office. The Lead will be responsible for overseeing the team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of grant applications, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. The Lead will also work closely with the Director to develop and implement strategies for grant acquisition and management.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OGE office

Manage a team of grant professionals and provide leadership and guidance

Ensure the timely and accurate processing of grant applications

Develop and implement strategies for grant acquisition and management

Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement policies and procedures for grant management

Provide training and support to staff members

Prepare reports and documentation as required

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in a related field required; Masters degree preferred

At least five years of experience in grant management or a related field

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and grant management software

Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines for grant management
