Job Summary

Under the supervision of the General Superintendent, responsible for guiding landscape construction crews to ensure safe, efficient, and quality completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew work under the General Superintendent's direction.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Train crews on safety procedures and conduct safety meetings.
• Inspect equipment daily for proper operation.
• Submit time-cards accurately and daily.
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, and vendors in English.
• Understand contractual obligations and direct crew work accordingly.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
