Compensation Analyst Job in NYC

LHH is looking for a Compensation Analyst for our client, a Non Profit Organization here in NYC. This interim project would last a minimum of 6 months and is located near multiple subway lines in a modern, newly renovated office. This position's pay range will be $45-50 / hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Support Compensation programs and initiatives
  • Analyze a broad range of compensation projects, including salary surveys
  • Maintain and work with Workday HRIS
  • Support industry comparison process to determine competitive salaries
  • Assist with job evaluations and provide recommendations for compensation changes
  • Provide support for annual compensation planning process (e.g., salary planning, cash incentive plans and long-term incentive awards)
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years in a compensation focused role
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Pay Details : $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
