Job Description :

Grant & Program Management Manages day-to-day operations of the Primary Source / CCE grant, including timelines, milestones, partner engagement, documentation, reporting coordination, and compliance support. Assists with implementation strategies, program development, and evaluation. Strategic & Executive Support Supports the Director in planning and executing strategic initiatives, prepares briefing materials, conducts background coordination, represents the Director when requested, manages calendar priorities, travel support, scheduling of key engagements, and ensures follow-through on initiatives. Outreach, Partnership & Public Engagement Serves as a professional representative of the Hamilton School in meetings, events, conferences, and partnership activities. Assists with outreach communications, relationship building, and coordination with schools, faculty, community stakeholders, state partners, and national collaborators. Administrative & Operational Support Coordinates meetings, documentation, logistics, procurement assistance, event support, and process organization. Maintains records and supports efficiency and continuity of operations.

Expected Salary :

The salary is competitive and commensurate with education and experience, and the compensation includes a full benefits package.

Required Qualifications :

Preferred

Experience with grant or program management

Experience in education, civics, academic outreach, or public sector initiatives

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and manage competing priorities

Experience representing an organization in professional settings

Familiarity with university environments
