We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to manage our facility operations and optimize our Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of facilities, support maintenance activities, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

📍 Location : Merrimack, NH

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : Facilities Coordinator / Facility Management IWMS Operator

Rate : $20 – $23 / hr.

Duration : 12 months

Key Responsibilities :

Operate and maintain the IWMS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Manage and update facility data, including space, assets, and maintenance records.

Maintain floor plans and associated space details for publishing to IWMS system.

Generate reports and provide data analysis to support facility management decisions.

Provide technical support and training to facility management teams.

Collaborate with facility management teams to identify and resolve issues.

Skills Required :

Basic AutoCAD proficiency o Basic REVIT proficiency a plus

Intermediate Excel proficiency required o Experience with IWMS systems

(e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX, or similar)

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills Preferred :

Familiarity with IFMA and BOMA standards

Experience in facility management or a related field o Knowledge of database management and

reporting tools

Experience Required :

2-3 years of experience in IWMS operation, facility data management,

facilities drafting or a related field

Experience Preferred :

Experience with IWMS systems (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX, or similar) is

highly desirable

Education Required : High school graduate

Education Preferred :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field
