Registered Dietitian Diabetes Coach

A company is looking for a Diabetes Coach (RD + AADE Certified).

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual care and support to adult members focusing on diabetes management and health outcomes

Document encounter summaries and collaborate with the Care Delivery team for member needs

Serve as an ambassador of the care model, delivering culturally humble care

Required Qualifications

Must be a Registered Dietician and certified through the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE)

Must reside in the United States and be fluent in English

Must have 3+ years of experience as an independently licensed provider

Must have 3+ years of experience in the telehealth space

Must be passionate about women's and family health
