The ideal candidate is a passionate, detail-oriented professional with proven experience in fine dining and large-scale kitchen leadership, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through precision, consistency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation across all restaurant outlets.
  • Develop, refine, and execute menus that align with the brand’s luxury standards and culinary philosophy.
  • Manage and mentor a large, diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability.
  • Implement and monitor systems for food cost control, labor efficiency, and overall kitchen profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain operational standards through training, regular tastings, and quality reviews.
  • Oversee kitchen scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by upholding the highest culinary and service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within fine dining or luxury hotel environments.
  • Strong background in contemporary and international cuisine; experience with Michelin-star or award-winning restaurants is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage large kitchen teams and high-volume operations without compromising quality.
  • Proficiency with culinary production systems, cost management, and food & beverage software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonus.
  • Complimentary stays and dining privileges across global luxury properties.
  • Employee meals prepared by the hotel’s culinary team.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with discounted options.
  • Paid time off, nine paid holidays, and parental leave benefits.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching.
  • Complimentary uniform care and fitness membership benefits.
