What You Will Do :
- Provide services related to the support, advisement, and development of two (2) Fraternity and Sorority Life governing councils (including National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), Interfraternity Council (IFC), Panhellenic Council, and / or United Greek Council), and up to twelve (12) chapters or organizations.
- Develop and implement training and leadership programming.
- Conduct regular meetings with student leaders, chapter advisors, campus advisors, and other representatives.
- Support the planning, education, and implementation of signature high impact events.
- Manage budgets and risk related to Fraternity and Sorority Life programming.
- Support student initiatives through advising or committee participation (i.e. mental health, anti-hazing, academic success, etc.).

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications :
Bachelors degree1+ years progressively responsible experience with Fraternity and Sorority Life and / or student activities and involvementAffiliation with a Greek letter organization (IFC, NPHC, PHC, UGC)Preferred Qualifications :
Masters degree in related field (Higher Education Student Affairs, College Student Personnel, Public Administrations, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Studies, Marketing / Public Relations, Social work, or a closely related field)Experience with facilitating and implementing leadership training curriculumExperience advising or supervising studentsEqual employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
