full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor faculty position in accounting / finance beginning in the 2026-2027

Academic Year.

Prerequisite Qualifications :

• Candidates must have earned their doctorate in

Accounting or Finance, preferably from an AACSB accredited school.

scholarly accomplishment and a commitment to contributing original research

into leading peer-reviewed publications.

undergraduate and graduate levels.

Bargaining Unit : PSA

Salary Information :

In compliance with the NJ Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$140,000.00 (USD). NJIT considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses or other items.
