Where You Fit :

The Deal Desk and Contract Analyst contributes heavily to the Sales team's ability to accelerate deal cycles, increase market share, and grow our revenue stream from Springbrook Software Cloud offerings. As such, we are looking for Deal Desk and Contract Analyst who possesses strong business acumen, a passion for the finest details, and enjoys working in a high-paced / fast-growth environment. This role combines deal desk responsibilities with contract management duties, including reviewing, drafting and processing contracts and simple amendments. Th is key contributor will partner with cross-functional teams throughout the deal process to formulate deal structure, ensure compliance to internal policies, and continuously improve the current deal desk and contract management p rocess .

Successful candidates in this role will have problem resolution experience, order fulfillment knowledge, and an extremely high bar for customer service. In addition, they will thrive on being organized, ha ving a high emotional IQ, and being extremely detail oriented .

This opportunity is available for remote work .

Responsibilities :

  • Partnering with the sales team in drafting order documents, including quoting, pricing, products, and commercial terms.
  • Reviewing and approving quotes and other customer-facing documents for correct prices, quantities, SKUs, legal language, etc.
  • Partner with other teams to identify and escalate any non-standard deal structure to relevant stakeholders to ensure acceptability. Ensure all approvals are obtained and documented according to internal policies.
  • Familiar with the entire deal process from start to end to help facilitate all aspects of finalizing the order . Some example tasks include order preparation, obtaining contract signatures, and Salesforce / CPQ data management.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Sales, Accounting, and Legal and compile final order packages with absolute accuracy and support their preparation for customer signature.
  • Maintain and ensure the internal deal desk policy, pricing, and deal process information repository is up-to-date and communicated to the organization.
  • Reporting on renewals & other related KPI's such as renewal bookings, ATR, gross & net retention, uplift, churn, down-sell, etc.
  • Partnering with the s ale team in drafting order documents, including quoting, pricing, products, and commercial terms.
  • Reviewing and approving quotes and other customer facing documents for correct prices, quantities, SKUs, legal language, etc.

Required Qualifications :

  • Five (5) years of experience in pricing, deal desk operations, contract management, or related field such as sales operations, revenue operations or legal support.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related degree or an additional two ( 2 ) years of relevant experience (pricing, sales operations, contracts ).
  • Self-starter with a strong business acumen, highly organized, critical thinker with attention to detail and a sense of urgency towards continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple activities and meeting established goals in a deadline-driven environment .
  • Strong analytical and computation skills, with the ability to review, interpret, and assess contracts, amendments, and order data for accuracy, compliance, and potential risks.
  • Familiarity with contract terminology and clauses.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills with a track record of clear and concise communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere .
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Salesforce CRM.
  • High degree of flexibility in handling assignments and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and solve problems .
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Salesforce and Conga Sign .
  • Knowledge of / experience in the software industry , particularly SaaS .
  • Government or public sector contracts.
