My client is a full-service commercial construction firm specializing in general contracting, design / build, and construction management services. Our team delivers high-quality projects across diverse markets, including mission critical, pharma, healthcare, commercial, and industrial. Since the founding they have grown to become one of the leading general contractors in the south and now entering Indy and the Midwest with secured backlog of $500M+.

Job Description

Manage multiple commercial construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and documentation. Lead project teams and superintendents, ensuring deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors; conduct meetings and presentations to align efforts. Secure permits, approvals, and entitlements while ensuring compliance with regulatory, code, and safety standards. Drive project success through strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership on site. Work directly with leadership to expand and strengthen the Indianapolis office and regional presence.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager. Experience working on commercial, industrial, pharma, or healthcare projects. Experience working on projects from inception to completion. Experience running projects $20M+. Leadership experience. Aspire to eventually become Project Executive of the Indy market.
