Telehealth Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse to provide remote patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide lifestyle management education and support to members through various digital methods

Collaborate with the care team to manage medication and care for comorbidities related to obesity

Support behavior changes using motivational techniques and present online webinars as needed

Required Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in good standing

Previous experience in home health, pulmonary rehab, cardiac rehab, or bariatric surgery preferred

Experience in supporting and educating on anti-obesity medications is preferred

Proven experience utilizing motivational interviewing to promote behavior change

Must have a home office setup for private conversations and high-speed internet
