Knowledge / Skills / Ability
Supports and adheres to the matrix organization format. Ensures client satisfaction, both internally and externally, through positive, pleasant, professional and efficient handling of issues. Exercises good interpersonal skills by gladly assisting others to accomplish work of the organization, even if it is outside the scope of regular duties. Models and reinforces safety as a top priority of the organization. Always wears a hard hat and other appropriate personal protective equipment in the field. Practices the values outlined in the Flintco Ethos. Meets schedules and deadlines, adheres to policies and procedures and maintains a good attendance / tardiness record.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software applications. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Must possess above average communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality service.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
Experience
7-15 years of related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) from SMPS (or equivalent) is preferred.

Flintco offers annual base compensation for the Denver area of $90,000 - $125,000
(Actual compensation may be affected by factors such as education, experience, skillset and / or location.)
