Key Responsibilities

Develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance

Collaborate with labs and scientists to create innovative products

Ensure all formulations meet regulatory standards and oversee testing and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

Experience in developing top-selling products in the supplement or natural health space

Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy

Understanding of global compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA)

Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset

Strong curiosity and attention to detail in product development
