Staff Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, App Foundations (Mobile).

Key Responsibilities

Act as a technical owner for the native iOS initiative, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring reliability

Design scalable mobile solutions and guide architectural decisions aligned with long-term strategy

Mentor engineers and promote best practices in design, testing, and team collaboration

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience delivering production-grade software solutions in native iOS

Deep experience with iOS development technologies, including Swift and SwiftUI

Solid understanding of web performance optimization within the iOS ecosystem

Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Ability to navigate ambiguity through iterative experimentation
