Position Overview

We are seeking a Canvassing Team Supervisor to build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of canvassers who generate appointments for our Roof Inspectors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll recruit, train, and inspire a team in the field while ensuring homeowners receive a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

Interview, hire, and train canvassing team.
Provide daily leadership, coaching, and motivation.
Oversee route planning and canvassing activities.
Work alongside agents in the field to model best practices.
Track team performance and ensure lead quality.
Partner with Sales and Roof Inspectors to align goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience in door-to-door, field sales, or related marketing roles.

Proven ability to build and motivate teams.

Strong coaching, training, and communication skills.

Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in the field.

Familiarity with mapping / tracking tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
