• Other Info : - RN triage takes first call - Phone call coverage once every 70 days - Telemedicine coverage for 23 hours on weekends once every 3 months

Requirements :

Active NY License or ability to obtain

BC / BE

DEA

ACLS

Clean Record

Min 1 year of experience in primary care
