Who is Naked Wines?

Glad you ask. In a nutshell, we’re all about making the world of wine a better place. We fund and source directly from independent winemakers to bring customers better quality wine for a better price. No thirsty middlemen as far as the eye can see.

It’s a different way of doing things, sure. But it works. We’re currently the largest online direct-to-consumer winery in the USA, shipping over 1 million(!) packs a year to curious wine lovers. And with an ambitious road ahead, we’ve got no plans on plugging the cork on growth.

Our global team (we have offices in the UK and Australia, too) is entrepreneurial by nature, obsessive about customer experience and driven by performance. All things that make Naked a great place to grow both personally and professionally. And yes, we like wine. A lot.

The Cellar Worker is responsible for assisting in the production and care of wines in a sanitary, timely, conscientious manner aimed at maximum quality production.The Cellar Worker will have a positive attitude, a knack for multitasking, and thrives in busy work environments. This is is a seasonal (temporary) position at our Sonoma Winery.

Requirements

• Responsible for upholding company mission, vision, and values
• Assist in receiving and processing fruit
• Sanitation of winery equipment
• Perform additions to juice, must & wine
• Perform pump-overs / punch downs
• Juice racking, and wine movements from tank to tank
• Barrel filling, topping, stirring, and racking
• Remove pomace from tanks & presses
• Record data and complete work orders
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Shift work and overtime hours required
• The duration of this temporary assignment is mid-August through late November
• Other tasks, duties or special projects as assigned
