Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and optimizing 5 axis milling program using Mastercam
  • Will develop tooling, workdholding, cutting strategies and fixture solutions
  • Will review blueprints, 3D models and specifications to adhere to GD&T requirements
  • Will work with machinists to prove out programs, troubleshoot any coding, offset, or process errors
  • Will participate in continuous improvement projects, scrap reduction and machine efficiencies

    • Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of CNC milling programming experience
  • MasterCAM experience is required
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Exotic materials experience is a plus
