The company was founded in Bethesda, MD in 2013, to bring fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissant items inspired by bakeries in France to the DMV area. We have expanded to eight retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business. We serve coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products every day, 365 days a year.

Compensation : $21.00–$22.00 per hr including tips | Base pay starts at $12.00 per hr with room for growth

About the Role

This is not a typical barista job — it's a hybrid position that combines early morning hands-on baking with a vital front-of-house customer service role . You'll begin your shift early as a baker from 4 : 30AM–7 : 00AM, preparing our signature breads and baked goods, then transition to the front of the store when we open for the day, serving as a Barista and customer service expert from 7 : 00AM–1 : 00PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Bake high-quality breads and pastries to Fresh Baguette standards
• Prepare doughs and ingredients for the following day
• Maintain a clean, organized baking area, including fridges and freezers
• Receive and store deliveries as needed
