Must-Have : Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and instrument handling

Description : The Certified Surgical Technologist assists in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, RNs, or other surgical personnel. Responsible for preparing the operating room, arranging equipment, and ensuring a sterile field is maintained throughout the procedure.
