Physician Assistant Support Specialist

Join our team as a Physician Assistant Support Specialist! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to provide essential clinical services in occupational medicine. Your expertise will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct evaluations and treatments for work-related injuries.
• Perform post-offer physicals, fitness for duty evaluations, and return to work assessments.
• Administer DOT physicals and other preventative health services.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests.
• Execute therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
• Provide guidance and counseling to patients for adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
