Job Description

Ready to make a meaningful impact?

At Brighton Jones, we’re a purpose-driven, client-focused team committed to helping individuals live richer lives. As one of the largest RIAs in the nation, we’ve built a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and community—recognized with 15 consecutive “Best Places to Work” awards, including Inc.com’s 2025 list, as well as national honors for community impact.

We lead the industry in aligning wealth, passion, and purpose to help our clients thrive. With over $30 billion in assets under advisement, 300+ teammates nationwide, and a dynamic, team-based approach, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for driven, curious individuals to join our #OneTeam.

The Learning Design Manager is responsible for designing and developing engaging, instructionally sound learning programs that help teammates build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed and grow in their careers. This includes leading the instructional design of role-based programs for advisor roles (e.g., Foundations, Manager, Lead Advisor), people manager development experiences, and beyond.

This role partners closely with the Learning Program Manager and receives content direction, source materials, and subject matter expertise from that partner and others. The Learning Design Manager translates this input into high-impact learning experiences across various modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning formats.

The Learning Design Manager brings curiosity, creativity, and deep instructional design expertise, along with a passion for creating scalable learning that drives performance and growth.

Take our Values in Action Self-Assessment to see how our values align!

  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Articulate 360, Storyline) to streamline content creation, automate assessments, and generate learner personas that inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers, developers, and data analysts to ensure learning experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with behavioral science principles.
  • Explore and apply innovative approaches such as microlearning, augmented reality, and data-driven personalization to elevate the learner journey.
