Program Support Associate

A temporary opportunity is available for a Program Support Associate to contribute to high-impact student-focused initiatives. This role involves supporting day-to-day program operations, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth delivery of community-based student programming. Ideal for candidates who are organized, adaptable, and passionate about student success. This position pays up to $30 / hour.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide operational and logistical support across multiple student-centered initiatives
• Coordinate event logistics : reserve venues, manage vendor interactions, prepare materials, and handle setup and teardown
• Maintain program communications including email correspondence, reminders, and RSVP tracking
• Support in-person events during evenings and occasional weekends
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for students and participants
• Assist with administrative tasks and general program operations as needed
