- Ensure the quality of received components by reviewing supplier-provided data against drawing requirements.
- Generate reports on supplier quality by monitoring their defect rates and identifying areas for potential flaws; guide suppliers to reduce these defect rates.
- Research potential vendors, assess their manufacturing environment, practices, and procedures; conduct supplier quality control audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality certifications (ISO, NADCAP).
- Support suppliers in improving their performance through process enhancements, implementing process controls, and developing quality assurance plans.

- Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of experience, or 12 years of equivalent experience with no degree.
- Supplier Quality Engineering experience is a must.
- Experience with investment casting and/or airfoils and blades.
