We focus on providing Child-Centered applied behavior analysis therapy to support children in understanding their needs and helping them to find their voice to be happier and have a better quality of life. We are provide trauma-assumed care for our clients through every step.

Our caseloads are small to be able to give the attention that each child really needs.

Role Description

We are looking for full-time or part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Being a Behavior Analyst involves conducting behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, implementing behavior management strategies, collaborating with teams, and taking great care of our kids.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Behavior Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• An Understanding of Autism - needs, support, communication, sensory, etc.
• Utah Behavior Analyst license (LBA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis

Salary is based on experience.
