• This is a well-established Primary Care office
• Work directly with four other primary care physicians
• Take over an existing patient panel
• Membership-based concierge practice offering 24 / 7 direct access
• Low patient census, 4-6 patients per day
• Some house calls required
• Dedicated support staff for a team approach
