What You’ll Do
Run essential operational reports and update customer recordsPerform inventory procedures and validate countsInspect returned materials for condition and accuracyOrganize returns pending final dispositionEnsure inventory items meet Wesco standardsReview RA and credit memo forms; process credit memos when appropriateSupport branch compliance tasks and day-to-day administrative needsWhat You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalentPreferred : 1 year in operations or administrative supportPreferred : 1 year in customer service or inside salesComfort with basic computer tools and data accuracyStrong organization, time management, and problem-solving skillsClear written and verbal communicationWhy You’ll Like Working Here
