Job Type : Full-time (Onsite)

Schedule : Monday- Friday (Flexible)

Schedule Notes :

Day and Evening shift

Monday to Friday

On call

Weekends as needed

Job Summary :

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care through diagnosis, clinical judgment, and management to restore, maintain, and improve health status. Works in collaboration with other health care providers to provide comprehensive patient care. Participates as an active member of a multi-disciplinary primary care team to support patient education and health outcomes. Maintains quality of care in the health center through ongoing education, daily improvement, collaboration with specialty services, and connecting patients to appropriate resources. Participates in professional and related community organizational meetings and activities. Participates in staff meetings, conferences, in-service training, and continuing education.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Requires Masters' Degree in Physician Assistant / Nursing Studies.

Current active state license as NP / PA in Idaho or eligible.

A valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA License.

Must have prior 5 years of experience.

Primary Care experience is strongly preferred.

BLS / CPR Certifications are required.
