Position Overview : Claimant Advisor

Bilingual candidates a plus.

Experience & Requirements :

Must have prior experience in Utilities or Insurance

Must successfully pass a background check

Core Responsibilities

Provide general customer service and data entry support

Interpret and assist customers with rules and guidelines

Handle legal documentation, including deeds and insurance support

Act as a Claimant Advisor :

Assist claimants in completing applications and uploading documents

Use various tools to guide claimants through the claims process

Address eligibility questions and documentation requirements

Follow established processes and protocols

Perform administrative duties as assigned

Field Shared Notes

Attendance is key and time off will not be allowed with the 1st 90 days.
