Requirements : Responsibilities :
Provide leadership and training to a team of collectors.Monitor calls of each agent to ensure they are effective and compliant.Audit accounts assigned to each agent to ensure they are being worked adequately and effectively.Provide 2nd voice assistance to team members as well as escalated calls from consumers.Engage team members through motivation and encouragement through coaching and daily contests.Provide positive direction and meaningful critic to which helps agents achieve individual goals.Lead by exampleConduct daily side-by-sides with each of your collectors 1x per weekCorrect deficiencies from daily reportsQualifications :
5+ years of prior experience in collections, preferably third-party.2+ years as a collection lead, supervisor, or manager.High School diploma is required.Ability to be assertive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to project professionalism at all times.About the Role :
Schedule : Monday through Friday
