CPA Technical Accountant

A company is looking for a Technical Accountant to develop and maintain accounting policies and provide guidance on accounting and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare consolidated financial statements

Create and document accounting policy in accordance with GAAP accounting standards

Analyze and adopt new accounting standards as applicable to the business

Required Qualifications

6-8+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field

Active CPA or equivalent license

Deep understanding of accounting standards and experience in real-world business applications

Financial reporting experience, public company or SEC filings
