Pending License accepted : Yes. Must be willing to obtain an IN, compact, on IN temp license prior to start.

RTO Restrictions : Must work 2 / 3 major holidays.

Guaranteed Hours : 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.

Special Requirements : Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Obtain 12 lead EKG / ECG, Thermoregulation : hypothermia / hyperthermia, Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Pre / Post Cardiac Cath / intervention, Sheath Removal, IV insulin protocols, Chronic / Acute Renal failure, Accessing / Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood, Product Administration, Central line care / management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous IV paralytics / Neuromuscular blockads, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration / Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA / Acute Stroke management, Hypothermia protocol / Arctic Sun, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion / Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management,Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions / Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains / Wound Vac

Unit Information : ICU unit with floating to PCU- ICU / PCU- RN must be able to take higher ratio's - Screen strong PCU RN's. ARDS, COPD, STEMI, NSTEMI, DKA, AKI's, UTI's, Acute Shock.

Effective 11 / 30 / 24,

• will not allow IN RN s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW).
• Periop / OR RN s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11 / 30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS
