Job Responsibilities

Our RazerStore is seeking an experienced and dedicated retail supervisor to join our team. The retail supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, supervising sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. They will problem-solve and support opportunities to drive traffic into the store through community events and partners. Pay Rate : $23 / hr

Essential duties and responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
• Drive performance through positive coaching and feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, cash management, and ensure appealing product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Assist the Retail Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Ranges (per annum) : $69,064.00 - $115,107.00 Disclaimer : Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
