Pay : $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Immediately hiring for 1st and 2nd, and 3rd shift!

1st shift Monday-Friday 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm

2nd shift Assembly Monday - Thursday 3 : 00pm - 1 : 30am

2nd shift Molding Monday-Friday 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm

3rd shift Molding Sunday night - Thursday night 10 : 00PM -6 : 30am

$17.50-$18.50 Per hour

Job Description : We are seeking Assembly Technicians to contribute to our production processes. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of our products, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations. This position offers a great opportunity for those who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

Work in a repetitive environment

Inspect components and finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.

Attach Foam pieces to components, ensuring proper placement.

Operate various hand and power tools to assemble, and adjust.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.

Report any issues, defects, or malfunctions to the supervisor or quality control team.

Assist in the continuous improvement of assembly processes, suggesting process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications :

Basic hand to eye coordination

Positive Attitude

Basic reading, math and reasoning skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and follow work schedule.
