Accounts Receivable Associate

The Accounts Receivable Associate provides support to the accounting team by monitoring outstanding balances and ensuring their payment. The company offers a stable work environment, solid benefits, and an opportunity for advancement. Responsibilities :

• Monitor customer accounts proactively to identify and address overdue payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes with clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications with clients in addition to payment activities.
• Create and review aging reports to prioritize collection activities and maximize recovery.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records related to accounts receivable.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts promptly and with the highest level of professionalism.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on collections performance, outstanding balances, and aging accounts to management on a regular basis.
