Program Coordinator For Blueprint & Community Mentoring
Student Affairs invites applications for a Program Coordinator for BLUEprint & Community Mentoring at the Paul Robeson Cultural Center (PRCC). This role is primarily responsible for the BLUEprint Peer Mentoring Program, along with additional areas of support, including, but not limited to, educational program development and implementation, student advocacy, and support. The BLUEprint Program is certified by the College Reading and Learning Association, focusing on offering academic, acclimation, and social support to first-year and change-of-campus students through peer mentoring. Additionally, while supporting community-based mentoring opportunities, this position supports the Director and Assistant Director in all day-to-day matters within the scope of maintaining the administrative functions of the PRCC and providing direct support to our various student communities.

Background Checks / Clearances :
This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks : PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. Penn State does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of a staff employment Visa. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary & Benefits :
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $42,100.00 - $67,300.00.
