Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting industry, is seeking a Performance Tester - SAP to join their team. As a Performance Tester - SAP, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Performance Testing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead performance testing activities across multiple projects to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Perform detailed analysis of test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for optimal system design.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices in performance testing and scripting.
