A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor - Global Online Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Guide prospective adult students through the admissions process using counseling and sales techniques

Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals through effective follow-up and persuasive communication

Collaborate with team members and report on recruiting activities to ensure alignment with departmental goals

Required Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in admissions, sales, public relations, or related fields

Ability to work a set schedule including evenings and weekends as needed

Demonstrated success in achieving enrollment goals and utilizing enrollment techniques

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and admissions software preferred

Commitment to the university's mission and values, including a personal faith in Jesus Christ
